GRACE SUPPORT

Launching November 13, 2025

Support for Parents and Caregivers

Empowering Families Facing Mental Health Challenges

Launching November 13, 2025, in partnership with the Lake Highlands Area YMCA, GRACE Support is a free monthly support group for parents and caregivers of children, teens, and young adults experiencing mental health challenges.

The program offers both professional education and peer-led support—helping families build resilience, reduce stigma, and find community. Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Educational content from licensed mental health professionals

  • Peer support discussions facilitated by trained caregivers with lived experience

Together, we aim to empower caregivers with tools, understanding, and encouragement—because no one should navigate a child’s mental health journey alone.

GRACE Support brings families together to learn, share, and grow. Free monthly sessions designed to build resilience and reduce stigma. Together, we build strength through understanding and shared experience. Because every parent and caregiver deserves support, education, and community.

Social Media

Our Instagram and Facebook accounts have more than 10,000 followers, and we’d love to have more. We leverage both platforms to encourage those who struggle with their mental health and educate those with loved ones who struggle. We share information, articles, and graphics that educate our followers and promote acceptance, compassion, and hope.
